Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the construction of the e-commerce content ecological governance strategy system, establish content standards, quickly discover problems and formulate corresponding strategies, and collaborate with various teams to establish a complete closed loop of problem discovery, feature collection, standard disclosure and effect evaluation 2. Guided by ecological construction, data growth and user experience, collaborate to build a reasonable personalized content e-commerce scenario distribution strategy and optimize the entire content recommendation chain, including content quality control, author management, etc. 3. In-depth business logic, mining user characteristics, identifying potential abnormal user behaviors, formulating e-commerce content anti-spam rules, models, and risk control strategies according to business scenario needs, cooperating with products, algorithms, and R&D to complete the recommendation effect verification and continuous optimization of different strategies 4. Continue to pay attention to industry trends, and timely extract effective information through user surveys and competitor surveys.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, computer science, mathematics and statistics majors are preferred 2. More than 5 years of relevant work experience in content e-commerce governance, more than 5 years of team leading experience, familiar with mainstream content e-commerce products at home and abroad, and have great enthusiasm for content ecology 3. Strong independent thinking and data analysis skills (sql skills are preferred), good at summarizing problems, and have judgment on content 4. Strong sense of responsibility, sense of responsibility and sensitive data insight.
