Douyin Vertical Category Operation Manager

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the author and user operations of the art vertical category: Able to be responsible for the construction of the art ecology in Douyin including but not limited to painting/design/architecture/popular science through content planning, event operation and other means 2. Responsible for the growth of authors in the vertical direction: Able to provide authors with topic planning and copywriting guidance based on the characteristics of the vertical direction, and create a category supply ecology 3. Responsible for industry-oriented industry cooperation: Able to connect and integrate key roles in industries and cross-industries such as art institutions, art IP, art media, etc., and enhance the influence of Douyin's art industry through creative industry and cross-industry cooperation 4. Responsible for integrating internal and external resources, coordinating and promoting cross-departmental content and event cooperation, and implementing internal and external key projects.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, with more than 3 years of experience in content platform or community platform operation, experience in the art industry, and resources are preferred 2. Familiar with event operation, category strategy, and author operation, and have a deep understanding of author/user operation 3. Able to integrate and coordinate internal and external resources, and based on resource output and implementation of creativity, have experience in organizing and implementing large-scale events and project management 4. Have strong data analysis capabilities, can analyze data from a business perspective, and have practical experience in solving problems through data-driven methods 5. Strong learning and communication skills, strong logical thinking ability, self-motivation, and good at summarizing and precipitating reusable methodologies.
