E&M Manager / Department Deputy General Manager

China Railway Construction (HK) Ltd. is currently looking for an E&M Manager/Department Deputy General Manager who want to develop their career together with the company. The relevant requirements are listed below:

E&M Manager:

Job Description:

• Responsible for building the project implementation team of E&M majors;
• Responsible for organizing the preparation of technical schemes in the tender stage of E&M projects;
• Responsible for coordinating and organizing the preparation of tender quotations for E&M projects;
• Participate in project-related meetings as required;
• Organize and plan the implementation plans;
• Liaising with relevant parties;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Degree in electrical and mechanical major;
• Registered Professional Engineer (Electromechanical) and REW Electrician license is required;
• More than 3 years of E&M project management experience in Hong Kong;
• At least 1 complete E&M project implementation and management experience in MTR and Hong Kong CEDD;
• Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is an advantage;
• Strong professional ability, cheerful personality, well-organized, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and being a good team player;
• Obey the work arrangement and able to complete the work on time.

Department Deputy General Manager:

Job Description:

• Responsible for building the project implementation team;
• Responsible for organizing the technical plan preparation and quotation of the project tender stage;
• Participate in project-related meetings as needed;
• Organize and plan the implementation plan;
• Assist the department in managing projects under construction;
• Establish and maintain relations with relevant parties;
• Concurrently project director or project manager;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Degree or above in electrical and mechanical engineering or civil engineering;
• Registered Professional Engineer (Electromechanical) and REW Electrician license is required;
• More than 5 years of project management experience in Hong Kong;
• At least 2 complete project implementation and management experience in MTR and Hong Kong CEDD;
• Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is an advantage;
• Strong professional ability, cheerful personality, well-organized, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and being a good team player;
• Obey the work arrangement and able to complete the work on time.
