Job Responsibilities

Project plan formulation: Responsible for formulating project plans, including budget, schedule, personnel allocation, etc. Ensure projects proceed as planned and make timely adjustments to plans to deal with unforeseen circumstances.
Construction site management: Establish and manage project teams, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and feedback. Ensure team members understand their responsibilities and collaborate efficiently to complete projects.
Risk avoidance management: Identify potential risks in the project, such as technical difficulties, market changes, personnel changes, etc. Develop risk response strategies, monitor risk status, and take timely measures to mitigate the impact of risks on projects.
Organization, communication and coordination: Communicate with project stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, within the company, team members, etc., to ensure that power, environment, etc. meet construction conditions, ensure smooth flow of information, solve problems in a timely manner, and maintain project relationships.
Construction material management: Ensure that products, spare parts and installation tools are in place on time to avoid project schedule delays.
Construction quality control: Ensure that the products or services delivered by the project meet quality requirements, supervise the implementation of quality standards during the project process, and handle quality issues in a timely manner.
On-site safety management: Prepare pre-construction documents to ensure safety measures are implemented during the construction process and avoid safety accidents.
Reporting and Summary: Regularly report project progress to senior management, including progress, cost, quality, etc. After the project is completed, a summary and evaluation will be conducted to extract lessons learned and provide reference for future projects.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree
Work experience:
More than 1.5 years of experience in installation, delivery or after-sales team management (>10 people)
2. More than 3 years of experience in LED display installation and delivery projects (those with experience in overseas delivery projects are preferred)
3. Able to independently complete the output of overall solutions for LED large screen projects, with 2D/3D software drawing capabilities
/>4. Have experience in structural design such as die-casting, plastic, sheet metal, profiles, etc., and understand the characteristics of materials and processes
5. Have the ability to install conventional screens, special-shaped screens/XR screens, etc. Control and debugging capabilities, familiar with Nova software.
6. Have the ability to identify risks in the project construction process,
7. Have good communication skills and project relationship. Nursing ability
Required majors: chemistry, machinery, physics, statistics, industrial engineering, materials, electrical, management science and engineering, mathematics, electronic information, computer , Mechanics
Other requirements: 1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above
2. Good at communication and coordination, and courage to take on work pressure and challenges
3. Adaptable to long-term business trips
