Estate Assistant / Senior Estate Assistant

PALIBURG GROUP is a multi-national group publicly listed in Hong Kong. Duties:

• Provide all-round secretarial support to the Property Management Office
• Provide clerical assistance to team members
• Maintain proper documentation and correspondence
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably gained from Real Estate or Property Developer
• Proficient in handling secretarial matters with a strong knowledge and skillset
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
