Roles & Responsibilities
1 .Oriented to financial compliance performance, have an in-depth understanding of business needs, and be responsible for formulating and implementing data plans, including data indicator definition, data caliber sorting, data collection, data links, data governance and other plan planning and implementation
2. Responsible for the construction of departmental data systems and data capabilities, including the construction of indicator systems, data standards and data specification construction, data asset construction, online process design and quality assurance, to effectively improve the efficiency and quality of data production
3. and strategic models , data development, operation control, system research and development, etc., cooperate with multiple teams and multiple roles to collaborate to promote the implementation of data applications and jointly achieve business goals
4. Excellent cross-team project management and communication management capabilities to enhance the team's data product awareness and ability.
Qualifications
More than 1.3 years of product/operation experience, complete data governance and data warehouse delivery experience
2. Have good logical thinking and data analysis skills, and excellent communication Ability to work with a team, strong ability to withstand pressure, optimistic and positive, and strong sense of responsibility
3. Proficient in SQL language, proficient in using Excel, Tableau, Axure, Xmind and other data analysis and processing, product design tools, and good English Application level
4. Have experience in financial related industries and be familiar with one or more of the following businesses: anti-money laundering, payment, risk control, and financial compliance.
