Front-end Development Engineer

Responsibilities

Responsible for the back-end R&D of the creative related businesses of ByteDance's commercial platform, participate in coding and designing complex business systems, and do more challenging things. Business directions include commercial advertising creative center, commercial advertising platform, etc. With the help of the huge user base of ByteDance, including Douyin and Toutiao, we will build the best R&D system and process around creative content marketing, and open up various new scenarios on top of the existing revenue business. 1. Responsible for the front-end development of the business platform creative related business 2. Responsible for the upgrade and iteration of the core system, implement the product plan to generate revenue, and continuously track and optimize, and continuously create product value 3. Responsible for promoting and optimizing the infrastructure and component abstraction of existing front-end projects 4. Responsible for the product iteration of a specific business direction, participate in product demand discussions, and cooperate with the team to complete the overall project planning, design and development.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, solid computer foundation and front-end basic knowledge, proficient in JS, CSS, TS and other front-end related basic knowledge 2. Familiar with the practice and principles of React or Vue framework, proficient in at least one popular front-end framework, and capable of designing medium and large complex website architectures 3. Familiar with construction tools and usage configurations such as Webpack and Vite, able to independently build front-end projects, and those with experience in engineering efficiency optimization are preferred. 4. Be proactive and responsible, be able to proactively discover product problems or project risks and propose improvement plans or suggestions 5. Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, have a strong sense of owner, and have the ability to independently locate and solve problems 6. Bonus points: micro-front-end technology, experience optimization practice, Nodejs back-end experience, etc.
