Front-end R&D Leader

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the construction of live broadcasting, including but not limited to the front-end business and infrastructure R&D of the back-end, user-side products, and various scale activities in scenarios such as mobile/desktop 2. Responsible for the overall technical management of one/multiple live broadcasting business sub-directions (such as basic community, revenue, operation, etc.), participate in the formulation and dismantling of business goal planning, and be responsible for the final business indicators 3. Responsible for team technical planning, core solution design and technical breakthroughs, and coordinate resources from all parties, reasonably divide the work, and promote implementation efficiently 4. Responsible for technical team building, talent training, team influence building and team management, and improve remote and cross-regional communication efficiency.

Qualifications

1. 4 years or more of development experience, excellent system architecture design ability, and the ability to quickly learn and transfer experience 2. Have good service awareness, learning ability, cross-team communication and collaboration ability, and English communication and collaboration ability 3. Priority is given to those with multi-terminal (such as Naitve/PC/Server, etc.) development experience, and priority is given to those with large and complex project implementation experience 4. Priority is given to those with live broadcast-related experience, and priority is given to those with experience in leading and building a team.
