Responsibilities

1. Support ByteDance's life service R&D team, understand the business status and team operation status, understand business goals, and provide relevant human resources solutions that meet the needs of the business team 2. Perform human resources work such as recruitment, corporate culture, and training of the supported departments, and assist the business departments in improving organizational performance 3. Combine the company's talent and organizational development framework, clarify the competency quality model, design personnel growth paths and personnel training programs, effectively formulate and implement talent development plans and follow up on implementation 4. Provide support for the development of the team, apply professional theories, methods and tools to provide all-round solutions for the business team, including recruitment, training, performance, employee relations and other human resources work 5. Promote the construction and implementation of the business team's corporate culture.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, rich experience in human resources work 2. Understand the basic work of each module of human resources, and have experience in organizational development, organizational culture, leadership training system construction and implementation 3. Strong self-motivation, good at thinking and research, serious and responsible, able to adapt to the company's fast-growing work rhythm.
