IDC Infrastructure Delivery Manager- Shanghai

Responsibilities

1 . Responsible for the whole-process construction and delivery project management of customized leasing customized data centers to ensure project quality and on-time delivery 2. Responsible for organizing the decomposition of internal IDC delivery requirements, preparing feasible delivery plans, delivery capability assessment, and communication with relevant internal collaborators, etc. 3. Responsible for the IDC computer room resource survey, delivery of bidding documents and strategies before data center site selection process monitoring, progress management, quality management, change management, risk management, test acceptance and other full-process delivery management during IDC construction 4. Support data The construction and optimization of the standardization, standardization, process and tool (platform + management tools) capabilities of the center's relevant infrastructure.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, computer, communications, project management, civil engineering and other related majors, more than 5 years of work experience Priority will be given to those with experience in third-party IDC suppliers/project management consulting companies 2. Experience in standardization and tool-based construction of the entire process of IDC construction project management, and experience in middle-end management of data center construction and network construction will be preferred 3. Possession of comprehensive project management capabilities , familiar with the construction process and standards of the entire IDC life cycle will be preferred 4. Participated in the entire IDC project management work, proficient in the progress and quality control of the entire project construction process, understanding of network construction, and relevant industry experience will be preferred 5. Have Large/super large data center construction project management background, familiar with leasing customized project management is preferred 6. Have good project coordination, communication skills, and risk management and control capabilities can handle project emergencies quickly and flexibly 7. Have good English proficiency, and being able to use it as a working language is preferred 8. Have excellent self-motivation, strong execution and sense of responsibility, good cross-team communication skills and pressure resistance.
