Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the operation of the life service MCN organization, and solve the pain points in the organization's operation and growth through systematic design of the organization's community service construction plan 2. Formulate the operation plan of the organization's community, build an effective community matrix, and clarify the community's goals. Service standards, and enhance the activity, atmosphere and value output of the community through activities/training, etc., to help institutions grow 3. Cooperate with collaborative departments to improve the experience and service process of institutions' self-service entry, and gain insight into and solve problems for potential institutions Problem stuck points to increase the scale of conversion.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of work experience, experience in MCN organizations, live streaming guilds, service providers is preferred, and those with outstanding Candidates with project experience are preferred 2. Have good customer sensitivity, be able to clearly understand the real needs of customers, and design corresponding solutions independently 3. Have a strong sense of teamwork, and be able to collaborate efficiently with colleagues across teams and departments , fully mobilize internal and external resources of the team to promote the project 4. Have empathy, sense of responsibility, self-drive, and excellent communication and expression skills.
