Intellectual Property Senior Manager

Responsibilities

1. Able to handle various complex intellectual property issues proficiently and accurately, and provide global intellectual property solutions to business teams and legal cooperation teams have insights into emerging, cutting-edge, and complex issues in the field of intellectual property and acumen, able to provide forward-looking legal opinions and solutions 2. Lead the team to complete intellectual property rights protection and related compliance work for different regions and different products under the group, including: risk control of key cases, process-based cases Efficiency management, iterative improvement of the rights protection system, construction of the compliance system, training and compliance awareness building, legal research and knowledge accumulation, etc. 3. Lead the team to complete the intellectual property platform governance of the group's related products, including: important special projects Risk control, formulation of governance strategies, establishment and update of governance logic and systems, coordination of cross-product and cross-regional laws, regulations and practices, etc. 4. Lead the team to complete intellectual property issues in major transactions and external cooperation, including: Due diligence, formulation of intellectual property-related transaction strategies, formulation of important intellectual property agreement terms, etc. 5. Have a global perspective, actively promote cross-team and cross-regional cooperation and collaboration, improve cooperation efficiency, and pay attention to implementation effects 6. Team management , stimulate team motivation and promote team development.

Qualifications

1. Have a professional background in intellectual property and experience in intellectual property dispute resolution 2. Have a global perspective and be able to work and collaborate across regions Experience 3. Excellent interpersonal communication and coordination skills, good at cross-department collaboration 4. Good logical thinking, clear ideas, and excellent written and oral expression skills 5. Mature work experience in legal management work 6. Able to Embrace change, be good at handling multi-threaded work, be responsible, courageous, pragmatic and steady, have a long-term spirit and a good sense of teamwork 7. Be able to communicate in English both spoken and written, and have the ability to communicate and work in English.
