Job Description - International Creative Strategy Manager

Responsibilities

Team Introduction: The International Short Video User Growth team is responsible for the growth of ByteDance's products. We help products develop tailored growth plans and use a variety of marketing, product, and data analysis methods to achieve business growth goals. The UG team maintains and optimizes a series of mature product growth plans such as paid advertising and organic growth, and skillfully applies them to various businesses to drive business growth at the same time, when new growth opportunities are discovered, we also build new solutions to help businesses achieve breakthroughs. Join the UG team, you can be responsible for the growth of products with hundreds of millions of users, and master the industry's advanced and first-hand growth practices. 1. Responsible for the creative strategy of ByteDance's overseas product performance advertising, and be able to reasonably plan material strategy, resource allocation, etc. in combination with business goals to bring growth to products 2. Based on the delivery business data, it can continuously iterate the localized material plan, cooperate with relevant teams to promote the implementation of material strategy and recover test data, and provide innovative ideas and solutions from the perspective of the middle platform 3. Delve into cutting-edge advertising formats and material creativity, and effectively combine advertising production elements with product characteristics, and improve the click-through rate and conversion rate of advertising through material production 4. Cooperate with other departments, put forward constructive suggestions, feed back to improve products, and leverage better and faster business growth.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, with a major in marketing, journalism, brand building, advertising design, event planning, etc., and those with excellent abilities are not restricted by majors 2. Have a certain understanding and cognition of overseas performance advertising platforms, strong creative ability, and priority is given to those with material optimization experience 3. Open-minded, dig out content selling points, appeal to advertising creativity, and refine the methodology of hot products 4. Strong data sensitivity, keenly perceive the deep reasons behind the data, and break them one by one 5. Link up with departments inside and outside, and have strong overall planning, coordination, organization, and support resource capabilities 6. Strong learning ability, result-oriented, strong pressure resistance, fearless of difficulties, and promote execution 7. Familiar with the performance advertising placement / material strategy of community products will be given extra points.
