Responsibilities

1. Connect with business project demand plans, design foreign exchange management plans, and propose foreign exchange management product and system construction requirements 2. Manage foreign exchange quotations for customers, and be responsible for customer exchange rate pricing, monitoring and daily operations 3. Accurately identify foreign exchange exposure in business scenarios, and formulate exposure monitoring and management related indicators through exposure measurement 4. Formulate foreign exchange trading strategies, and complete foreign exchange trading flat-out of customer exposure through different strategy combinations 5. Screen foreign exchange trading counterparties, cooperate with domestic and foreign institutions to achieve the best transaction cost 6. Improve the systematization of foreign exchange trading capabilities and realize various foreign exchange trading methods (API, Call, Portal, etc.) 7. Formulate foreign exchange risk management strategies, design hedging plans for foreign exchange risks in different scenarios, and promote the construction of related system products 8. Manage foreign exchange profit and loss measurement and related indicator construction and tracking.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, majors in economics, finance, mathematics, etc. are preferred 2. More than 3-5 years of experience in foreign exchange trading, foreign exchange sales or middle office positions in financial institutions, or relevant experience in foreign exchange fund management in large enterprises 3. Familiar with foreign exchange policies, regulations, and business practices in major global markets, with extensive communication channels and information resources, strong research and analysis capabilities and risk control awareness 4. Honest, rigorous, and serious, with excellent business insight, logical thinking, communication and learning abilities 5. Both Chinese and English can be used as working languages 6. Foreign exchange trader qualification certificates, CFA, FRM and other qualification certificates are preferred.
