Responsibilities

1. Business support: In-depth understanding of the business content responsible for, assist in sorting out technical service products, provide service sales strategy analysis, pricing data analysis supervise and promote the technical department to carry out cost confirmation, income bill confirmation, labor cost confirmation and other work 2. Business analysis: Regularly conduct cost and income analysis of technical service products, regularly hold business analysis discussions, discuss the efficiency of resource and labor cost utilization and explore optimization points, provide special data analysis, and prepare business analysis dashboards, etc. 3. Budget management: responsible for the preparation of annual budget, semi-annual budget, rolling budget, etc., verify the budget logic of the technical middle platform department, build budget preparation and analysis model, conduct regular resource pre-realization analysis, etc. 4. Optimization project: according to the analysis results, promote the implementation of cost optimization project, promote the implementation of optimization project, accept the results of optimization project and analyze and review the results 5. Process management: sort out the problems in the business operation process and promote the construction of optimization process, and discuss and connect with the team responsible for business strategy and process in the department.

Qualifications
