The Job

• Client: A Landlord
• Position: Leasing Manager
• Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of commercial and retail properties located in prime districts. Report directly to top management and responsible for market analysis, tenancy management, sales & lease terms negotiation, document management, etc.
• $40-60K. 5-day, medical, bonus

Requirements

• Degree holder
• 10 years experience in commercial leasing gained with property developers of which 3 years or above at managerial level
• Retail leasing / Commercial sales experience highly preferred
• Property management experience will be an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese
