Job Duties:

• Responsible for leading project modules independently to ensure timely delivery and good quality
• Schedule and supervise the installation of Mechanical systems, ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications
• Managing Mechanical materials, equipment, and manpower costs to be within budget
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to execute the plan
• Reporting progress against construction plan to clients as per project guidelines
• Monitoring adherence to safety and environment guidelines and regulations

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related discipline
• 10 years of relevant experience, experience in main contractor is preferable
• Solid experience in project planning and works coordination
• Membership or association to recognized industry bodies or institutes is preferable
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
