Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the quality assurance work in the field of OS underlying software, leading team planning and technical planning 2. Responsible for the construction of the OS underlying software quality assurance team, and introducing outstanding talents to jointly ensure the quality of OS underlying software delivery 3. Deeply involved in the field of OS underlying software Requirements review, technical review, test review, correctly assess quality risks, formulate reasonable quality assurance strategies and testing plans and implement them effectively 4. Based on the quality analysis of the OS underlying software field, continue to iterate the quality assurance system and enhance overall quality awareness. Promote upstream and downstream roles to jointly ensure the quality of software delivery.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of mobile OS underlying software development/test engineering experience, more than 3 years of test team management experience (More than 15 people), experience in delivering large-scale intelligent hardware equipment 2. Solid computer technology foundation, proficient in programming languages such as C/C++/Java/Python 3. Familiar with Android system architecture, familiar with Kernel, HAL, BSP/Driver/ Have in-depth understanding and rich practice of system principles and quality assurance methods in peripherals, long- and short-distance communications, multimedia and other fields 4. Have good learning ability, problem analysis and problem-solving abilities, and be able to communicate well and work in a team , have good ability to withstand pressure. Bonus points: 1. Candidates with OS system security experience are preferred 2. In addition to rich experience in underlying software test development/test management, candidates with ARM-Based embedded Android/Linux system software development experience are preferred.
