Roles & Responsibilities
1. Responsible for in-game Level design and construction work, use 2D drawing software to design levels and use 3D software to build scene white models, and follow up on subsequent art to achieve effects
2. Be able to complete mode gameplay-related modules relatively independently, and use blueprints to implement them Preliminary plan
3. Responsible for the follow-up after the level is launched, pay attention to relevant statistical data, survey questionnaires, forums, game websites and other sources that reflect specific usage and player feedback, and make subsequent optimizations based on data and feedback when necessary Plan and follow up on specific development
4. Actively participate in product-related design and optimization work, improve work processes, focus on product performance, participate in product testing, and constantly discover product deficiencies and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
1. Love mainstream games and various shooting games, have rich game experience, and have deep game understanding and analysis skills
2. Bachelor degree or above, More than 3 years of shooting game R&D experience or related industry experience
3. Proficient in using at least one 2D drawing and modeling software, and can use it to make 2D LayOut and build scene white models
4. Yes Experience using Unreal, Unity (or other 3D game editors) to create levels and related content
5. Have good teamwork spirit, strong communication skills, and strong ability to withstand stress

7. Applicants with complete shooting or big world game project or mode development experience are preferred.
