Responsibilities
1. Responsible for business analysis, indicator construction, data attribution and other work in e-commerce governance experience deeply participate in business management strategy analysis, be able to actively identify and understand business pain points and problems, and output short-, medium- and long-term solutions 2. For business-specific research, be able to deeply understand needs, effectively disassemble problems, and dig out and propose data-supported conclusions 3. Through data accumulation, conduct in-depth mining of daily data from different perspectives, maintain curiosity, and continuously explore opportunities in governance, experience, and service strategies 4. Do a good job in daily data attribution, precipitate analysis methodology, promote iterative optimization of business analysis system, and improve analysis efficiency.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above in statistics/mathematics/physics/computer/economics and other related majors, 5 years or more of Internet data analysis experience, experience in e-commerce and local life and other related industries is preferred, and experience in business analysis and strategy analysis is preferred 2. Proficient in SQL and can use at least one of R, Python, SAS, and MATLAB, and be familiar with common data statistics and analysis methods 3. Proficient in using at least one visualization tool, such as Tableau, PowerBI, PyPlot, and Seaborn 4. Have good communication and coordination skills, be responsible and self-driven for work 5. Be good at thinking and summarizing, and be able to continuously improve work methods.
