Responsibilities
1. Responsible for functions related to the growth of Douyin e-commerce products, including but not limited to the construction of new product zero-breaking growth tools, new product identification, new products on the large-scale incubation platform, and responsible for the number of new products sold 2. Design an effective merchant incentive mechanism and traction strategies to help achieve product level transitions 3. Effectively integrate c-side, platform, and industry resources, match different product operation plans for different product growth stages, design effective merchant incentives and task mechanisms, and promote product incubation and growth 4. Establish a hierarchical product growth system based on the Douyin e-commerce platform, understand the traffic mechanism of e-commerce scenarios such as search and recommendation, and collaborate with upstream and downstream to build strategies. Qualifications
1. Have more than 5 years of To B product/merchant product experience and understanding of consumer behavior Have a good understanding of products and business operations, and those with new product growth experience will be given priority 2. Proficient in using design tools such as Axure, xmind, etc., and familiar with product flow chart drawing and the writing of product requirements documents (PRD) and technical function description documents 3. Need to have excellent system abstraction ability, logical analysis ability, data insight ability, communication and expression ability 4. Good data analysis ability, good at finding problems from data, analyzing problems, and solving problems.
