Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the construction of ByteDance's marketing science product system, integrating ByteDance data to empower customers, conducting marketing strategy planning, policy formulation and advertising optimization, and improving traffic monetization efficiency and business growth 2. Based on ByteDance's global data, design solutions for different industries, build data products to serve marketers, reduce customers' marketing decision-making costs, realize data-driven marketing, design product prototype PRD, and work closely with data, algorithms, and development to promote product development as planned and high-quality delivery and launch 3. Have an in-depth understanding of bidding advertising products, and work closely with ByteDance's internal teams (such as e-commerce, commercial advertising, etc.) to enhance the value of ByteDance media to advertisers through data insight capabilities and resource integration, precipitate marketing solutions, and enhance customers' digitalization process and sustainable business growth.
Qualifications
1. More than 3 years of experience as a data product manager/data analyst/commercial product manager, with in-depth understanding of the industry's marketing data products 2. Proficient in SQL, with experience in data factories, advertising strategies, data insights, marketing automation and other products preferred 3. Possess the ability to design commercial products and data analysis, be passionate about products and data, and be able to actively face challenges and setbacks 4. Customer perspective, keen market insight and broad vision, and be able to continuously promote product innovation and optimization based on customer needs 5. Have good communication, learning, logical thinking and teamwork skills.
