Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the preparation, release and implementation of Douyin e-commerce product review rules, familiar with the entire e-commerce platform product review link and card control nodes, checking for deficiencies and enriching the platform product review strategy, and planning the implementation of the strategy 2. Responsible for Product review business implementation, interaction, preparation and iteration of differentiated review strategies, empowering industry strategies and leveraging industry knowledge to feed back strategy differentiation 3. Responsible for the operation of Douyin e-commerce product review algorithm models, tools and other automated products, Be familiar with the construction and training of Internet e-commerce platform product review models and tools, and be able to continuously optimize and iterate related products through product operation methods 4. By analyzing product review indicators and efficiency data, refine the operation product review strategy to drive positive changes in indicators and efficiency Improvement 5. Collaborate with product governance, risk compliance, review base and business service experience, etc., analyze changes in product review business delivery indicators and governance status, and clarify the direction and focus of strategy optimization 6. Establish iterative optimization of strategy rules and project interaction collaboration , emergency analysis and evaluation mechanism, etc., in order to achieve product review strategy preparation, release, implementation, emergency response, and iterative closed-loop ecology.

Qualifications

1. 3 years or more of experience in audit operations or product operations 2. Have certain data sensitivity and strong Excellent data analysis and review summary skills, and good at solving problems systematically 3. Familiar with audit management products, possessing production and operation thinking, and able to transform operational problems into production and operation solutions 4. Possessing strong learning, communication and coordination abilities , strong self-motivation, empathy, sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit 5. Applicants with project management experience, experience in auditing production and transportation, and being able to output audit strategy methodology will be given priority.
