• Degree holder in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• Experience with not less than 10 years of working experience in managing large scale projects, experience with Design & Build projects a definite advantage
• Corporate member of relevant professional institutions (HKIE, CIBSE, IMechE or equivalent) is an advantage
• Able to work independently and work under pressure
• Initiative and good interpersonal skill
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, able to communicate with clients and consultants
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Manager or Executive Engineer position.

Job Duties:

• Site monitor / coordination with Main contractor to plan/ arrange all the site activity
• Site facility planning / arrangement
• Supervision / monitor of site progress and reporting
