PROFESSIONAL LANDSCAPE DESIGNER

Dragages Hong Kong Limited , one of the leading international construction companies, with world-wide recognition for its experience in civil, building, and building services, is seeking high calibre professionals to fill the following position.

About the Role:

• Investigating and assessing the site information / potential site constraints for the development projects
• Planning and supervising the construction of landscape works in both hard and soft landscape works. Checking of Landscape Works including hard and soft landscape works, Establishment Works, tree works and tree risk assessment related submission.
• Preparing the tender document
• Checking of landscape submissions, including hard and soft landscape works, Establishment Works, tree works and tree risk assessment related submissions
• Administering contracts and consultants in out-sourced projects
• Providing professional advice on landscape-related matters, Establishment Works, tree works and tree risk assessment related submissions
• Carrying out duties as assigned by the PM and his delegate
• 5 days’ working in the offices of ASD at Queensway Government Offices (Admiralty)

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Attained Level 2 in Chinese & English Language in HKCEE, HKDSE or equivalent
• A professional member of the Hong Kong Institute of Landscape Architects (HKILA) on or after 1.1.1997
• Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience in landscape architecture
