Project Assistant / Officer

Our client is a stable Construction Company rooted in Hong Kong. To cope with the growth of the business, they are looking for a Project Assistant / Project Officer to join the team. 

Responsibilities: 

• Provide clerical & administrative support to engineering team
• Perform data inputting and maintaining documents library, files/records
• Manage the in/out of equipment; extract relevant data and prepare regular reports to senior management and clients 
• Coordinate with internal / external parties in regards to any matters related to projects
• Prepare quotations, invoices, reports and supporting documents on system and/or on Excel
• Assist in ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience, preferably in contraction or engineering company
• Strong numerical sense, detail-minded 
• Good PC knowledge and skill in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing
• Good team player and problem solver, responsible, willing to learn and can work independently with initiative
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
