The Company :

• We specialized in water system lesisure & wellness facilities including but not limited to : swimming pool & water feature, musical fountain, water park, spa facilities, artificial waterfall, health club facilities, ice skating rink...etc
• Our services : we plan, design, supply equipment, installation, maintenance and other related technical services
• Our main clients : government, property developers, hotels, club houses, spa companies, design consultants, direct corporate clients in Hong Kong & Macau
• We are looking for Project Clerk – with details as follows :

The Job :

• 為項目團隊提供文書服務和日常協助
• 記錄每項工程付款申請
• 監控每項工程由申請至結算的進度
• 整合所有工程的申請進度狀態作出報告
• 列印付款申請及發票
• Provide clerical and daily support to Project team
• Record each project payment request
• Monitor the progress of each project from application to settlement
• Integrate the application progress status of all projects for reporting
• Print payment application and invoice
• F.5 graduates 
• Over 1-2 year clerical work experience prefer building or construction 
• Experience in supporting project team is a plus 
• 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9:00am-5:30pm)
• Annual leave : 14 days 
• Medical insurance
• Bank holiday
• Very few OT work is required
• Friendly work culture
