Job Description - Project Coordinator

Job Description

Our client is an international based trading company and serving different clients worldwide. To cope with their expansion. They are looking for an Project Coordinator to join their team.

  • Work closely with the Sales Team, coordinating projects with the other internal departments
  • Responding to customers’ enquiries and complaints profectionally and maintain the highest level of Customer Satisfaction
  • Prepare tendering related documents
  • Proactively develop and manage project plans and provide regular updates to the Sales Team and the Customer Service Manager
  • Follow up customer payments and sales orders
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder, preferably in Logistic, Supply Chain, Merchandising or related disciplines
  • 1-2 years’ work experience in customer service, supply chain or sales support for international trading organizations
  • Confident, out-going personality with a strong team-player spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST
  • Fresh graduates are also considerable
  • Proficiency in MS Office
