Project Coordinator / Project Assistant

Responsibilities :

• Assist project team to perform administrative and clerical duties i.e. daily / weekly reports, minutes, material / shop drawing schedules etc. and correspondences among customers, vendors, sub-contractors and other external parties;
• Liaise and coordinate with customers, external consultants, vendors, sub-contractors etc to ensure the projects are delivered with quality and within project work schedule
• Assist to perform clerical support to other departments when required
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments 
• Head Office based and working at site as necessary

Requirements :

• HKCEE or HKDSE with minimum 2-3 years of working experience with contractor / in construction industry is preferable
• Well organized with good working attitude
• Pleasant, self-motivated, well organized, able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office
