Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager

Chun Wo was founded in 1968 and listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 1993. It is a renowned construction company in Hong Kong in building construction, civil engineering, foundations, electrical and mechanical engineering, railway and transport engineering, maintenance engineering and interior design engineering. Construction and development projects of the Group are widely distributed in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Macau, Taiwan and Vietnam. Its signature projects included the Hong Kong International Airport Skyplaza, the KCR East Rail and West Rail and No. 8 Clear Water Bay Road.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for assisting Project Manager to handle projects;

Management issue like cashflow, progress monitoring, contractual, commercial, planning and safety issues;

Responsible tor lead engineering team and design consultant to prepare method statements and temporary work designs to support operation;

Assist tendering works.

Requirements:   

Degree holder in Civil Engineering or related disciplines;

MHKIE / MICE or equivalent discipline;

10 years working experience gained from a main contractor with on-site experience;

All rounded exposure in civil projects;

Sound management and interpersonal skills;

Conversant in BIM application will be advantage;

Experience on planning works with planning software such as P6 is an advantage;

Hands-on experience in construction technique;

Sound knowledge of safety and environmental management.

** Candidates with more experience will be considered as Project Manager.
