Project Manager (Fitout Project)

Rapidly expanding interior design firm is currently looking for talented individual who has the passion to deliver the design creativities in wide-range of design projects, cultivate customer relationships to the market of Interior Design / Build and Construction.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and overseeing the progress the project site
• Plan and control the financial, construction schedule and technical issue independently
• Supervisor the site activities in high quality standard and comply with contractual and statutory requirement
• Dealing with clients, supplier and subcontractor for structural problem solving and site handover
• Good customer oriented to handle complaints with timely and efficient resolutions implementation
• Accomplish project running comply with Safety / QA / Environment Policy and Condition of Contract
• Prepare required drawings, corresponding document, and statutory submission
• Prepare site report, facilitating various of project meetings and reports to the management

Requirements:

• Degree I Higher Diploma in Building Service/ Project Management
• Solid 3 years relevant experience at least in FITTING-OUT of workplace projects
• Initiative, hardworking and people management skills
• Strong technical capability and site management experience
• Cost control and tender documentation of interior projects independently
• Proactive, drive to success and able to work independently and under pressure
• Familiar with DMC, BMO and tenancy management
• Proficiency in MS Office and AUTOCAD software applications
• Candidate with LEED / ISO knowledge will be an asset
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese, familiar in Mandarin is an advantage
