To cope with our expanding business, we are recruiting high caliber individuals to work on various types of public works and private projects.

Public Liaison Manager (Mechanical / Building Services / Plumbing / Material / Fire Engineering or other relevant fields)

Duties & Responsibilities:

To assist engineers to handle daily submissions and liaise with external parties related to Plumbing / Fire Services;

To handle enquiries and complaints by e-mail, telephone or draft written reply in both English & Chinese;

To create and maintain documentation and conduct information research related to Plumbing Services.

 

Requirements:

Have a university degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services / Plumbing / Material / Fire Engineering or other relevant fields;

1-3 years relevant working experience in Engineering;

Relevant experience in handling customer service, public enquiries, complaints and relation matters is an advantage;

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fair in Mandarin;

Be conversant with computer software of word processing in both Chinese & English documents;

Good interpersonal and communication skills with strong sense of responsibility and team spirit;

Independent, analytical, self-motivated and capable to work under pressure.
