Python Developer (Pandas/Django/Flask)

The Company

Our client is a leading banking business with a very strong reputation and brand in APAC and wider global markets.

The Job:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design technical solutions for the core banking system replacement project.
• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Python code for the new system.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure the smooth functioning of the system.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy code and manage the infrastructure.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

The Person:

• 2-8 years of hands-on experience in Python (Django/Flask) development.
• Strong proficiency in Linux environments.
• Solid understanding of core banking systems and payments processing.
• Experience with database technologies, such as Oracle or MySQL.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Good communication in English and Chinese
