Responsibilities

Team Introduction: The Ads Dev Infra team is responsible for ByteDance's commercial R&D efficiency, quality and efficiency capabilities and product construction. The Ads Dev Infra team's job responsibilities include: Based on ByteDance's commercialized product and technology capabilities, design R&D efficiency platforms and quality efficiency platforms from the perspective of the business middle platform to optimize business abstraction and architecture design, improve product iteration efficiency and maintainability, R&D delivery efficiency and quality, and support the long-term sustainable development of commercial businesses gain insight into product technology iteration directions and R&D processes, sort out and summarize the functions and strategies accumulated by commercial businesses, design and improve corresponding business platforms, and improve the transparency and maintainability of strategies. 1. Responsible for the product planning, design and construction of ByteDance's commercial quality and efficiency 2. Through measurement and analysis strategies, gain insight into the difficulties faced by the quality team from the three directions of quality/cost/efficiency, as well as the problems with the delivery efficiency and quality of the R&D team, to help the user group to work more efficiently, simply, stably and safely 3. Maintain close cooperation with the R&D team, coordinate and organize design, development, and testing resources, promote product releases and project implementation, formulate implementation effect indicators for each stage of software engineering, and continuously optimize and improve them to improve the overall efficiency and quality of R&D delivery 4. Based on data, cooperate with the operation team to complete product promotion and operation, assist in the construction of related product operation systems and operation platforms, and strive to improve the operational efficiency and quality of the department's business.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, with experience in to E product construction 2. Good product planning and implementation capabilities 3. Master theoretical knowledge of quality assurance, DevOps, software engineering, performance measurement, etc., and be familiar with the industry's advanced testing platforms, CICD solutions, etc. 4. Good interactive design and copywriting skills, strong communication and coordination skills.
