Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the construction of the quality management system of the Douyin business line, using process audits, measurement analysis and other methods to identify quality improvement points in the software life cycle, and formulate improvement plans, promote implementation, and help achieve quality goals 2. Responsible for the construction of the quality management team, including but not limited to daily team management, promoting technology accumulation, and building and cultivating a talent team 3. Responsible for establishing and improving the online quality improvement process of products, promoting the sorting of business quality risks and the review of online accidents, and improving the online operation monitoring system, measurement and emergency response system 4. Follow up on quality issues, accidents, special optimization, etc., take the lead in special improvement work on quality operations, promote the implementation of operational measures and evaluate the effects 5. Responsible for Douyin's quality culture and key quality process operations, and enhance the team's quality awareness.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above in computer-related majors, 5 years or more of relevant work experience in business testing/SQA/project management/quality management, at least 1 year of team leading experience 2. Strong communication and expression skills, horizontal collaboration skills, good cooperation spirit and high sense of responsibility 3. Strong ability to analyze and solve problems, proactive and innovative 4. Knowledge of quality management and project management, proficient in QA work methods and related skills and tools, and those with SQA, project management, quality process improvement and operation related work experience are preferred.
