Lanon Development Limited was incorporated in Hong Kong in 1986. The company is principally engaged in building, civil engineering capital works and building maintenance works. Since 2005, we have been on the List of Approved Contractors for Public Works (Group C Confirmed) under all the five major categories of building and civil engineering works administered by the Development Bureau of the Government of HKSAR. Lanon is also an Approved Building Contractor of the Hong Kong Housing Authority for the Maintenance Works.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager / Contract Manager to handle pre-tender & post tender process;
• Prepare payment application, VO estimation and submission to the client;
• Assist in variation submission, assessment and the settlement of final account;
• Handle contractual claims & dispute resolution
• Coordinate with the Project Management Team to handle contractual related issues

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in local building construction projects;
• Have strong sense of figure and good at data analysis;
• Candidates with less working experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
