We are a leading Contracting Company provides professional services on Waterproofing, Coating, Greening & Flooring systems, and we supplies wide range of Building & Construction materials. Our success in recent business expansion drives our continuous demands for high caliber candidates for the following positions:

Responsibilities:

• Payment application & negotiation for final account
• Quantities measurement;
• VO preparation, estimation and submission;
• Subcontract and suppliers’ contractual matters;
• Reporting of Profit & Loss, etc.
• Capable for ad-hoc duty.
• Well record internal / external project meeting.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
• Minimum 1 years quantity surveying experience;
• Familiar with construction practices, costs and all facets of pre and post contract quantity surveying practices;
• Responsible for budget estimation, budgetary control, tender procurement, contract administration and final accounts, technical audit and preparation of management reported.;
• Proficiency in Microsoft office & Auto Cad is as Must.
• Proficiency in both written & spoken and team orientated.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• working experience in engineering / construction (subcontractor) field being an advantage
