R&D Performance Product Manager- Ads Dev Infra

Responsibilities

Team introduction: The Ads Dev Infra team is responsible for ByteDance's capabilities and product construction in terms of commercial R&D efficiency, quality and efficiency. The job responsibilities of the Ads Dev Infra team include: based on ByteDance's commercialized products and technical capabilities, design and develop performance platforms and quality performance platforms from a business middle-end perspective to optimize business abstraction and architecture design, and improve product iteration performance and maintainability performance, R&D delivery efficiency and quality, and support the long-term sustainable development of commercial business gain insight into the direction of product technology iteration and R&D processes, sort out and summarize the functions and strategies accumulated in commercial business, design and improve the corresponding business platform, and enhance the strategic Transparency and maintainability. 1. Responsible for the product design and construction of ByteDance's commercial R&D efficiency 2. Based on ByteDance's commercial products and technical capabilities, design the R&D efficiency platform from the perspective of the business center to optimize business abstraction and architecture design, and improve Product technology iteration efficiency and maintainability support the long-term sustainable development of commercial business 3. Sort out and summarize the accumulated functions and strategies of commercial business, design and improve the corresponding business platform, and improve the transparency and maintainability of the strategy 4. Gain insight into product technology iteration direction and R&D process, design and improve R&D platforms and tools, and improve R&D delivery efficiency and quality 5. Responsible for product project resource coordination and progress control, and promote product release and project implementation 6. Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, possess technical platform (such as R&D efficiency platform, cloud platform, big data platform, machine learning platform, etc. ) Product construction experience 2. Be able to quickly understand the company's system product structure, work carefully, rigorously and down-to-earth, have a strong sense of responsibility, be honest and proactive 3.
