Fanling North New Development Area, Remaining Phase: Site Formation and Infrastructure Works

AtkinsRéalis invites applications for the following Resident Site Staff positions under the project for Fanling North New Development Area, Remaining Phase: Site Formation and Infrastructure Works. The works comprise site formation of lands and ground investigation within Fanling North New Development Area (FLN NDA), construction of at-grade roads connecting FLN NDA to Fanling Highway and associated junction/road improvements, construction of noise barriers and low noise road surfacing, construction of common utility enclosure and associated works, and ancillary works including footbridges, footpaths, cycle tracks, lighting, traffic aids, sewage pumping stations, drainage, sewerage, water mains, landscaping works, slope works and electrical and mechanical works. The works are scheduled to commence in July 2024 and will take about 66 months to complete tentatively.

Candidates should have:

• Level 2 or equivalent Note 1 or above in five subjects in HKDSEE or equivalent; or

• Level 2 Note 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects in HKCEE or equivalent; and

• Chinese word processing speed of 20 word per minute and English word processing speed of 30 word per minute; 

• Knowledge in application of common business software (e.g. Microsoft Word and Excel); 

Note 1 : “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum two Applied Learning subjects), and Grade E in Other Language subjects in the HKDSEE are accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the New Senior Secondary subjects in the HKDSEE. Subjects include Chinese Language and English Language.

Note 2 : Attained Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 respectively in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.

1. 在香港中學文憑考試五科考獲第2級或同等[註(1)]或以上成績，或具同等學歷；或

2. 在香港中學會考五科考獲第2級[註(2)] / E級或以上成績或具同等學歷；及

3. 具備中文文書處理速度達每分鐘20字及英文文書處理速度達每分鐘30字。

4. 具備一般商業電腦軟件的應用知識 (例如Microsoft Word及Microsoft Excel)。

[註(1)] 在香港中學文憑考試中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第2級成績; 應用學習科目(以兩科為上限) 考獲「達標」成績及其他語言科目考獲E級成績，均視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。

[註(2)] 2007年前之香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科(課程乙)考獲E級成績與2007年或之後的香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第2級成績，於行政管理上均視為同等。
