RESIDENT SITE STAFF

We are looking for the following site staff for Re-Development Hong Kong Correctional Services Academy Multi-Purpose Gymnasium at 47 Tung Tau Wan Road, Stanley (Contract No. 9AH117). RESIDENT ASSISTANT CLERK OF WORKS (RACOW) The minimum qualifications required for the post of Resident Assistant Clerk of Works shall be as follows:

• Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies from the Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Hong Kong Polytechnic / Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College / Hong Kong Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent / Engineering qualifications.
• 3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience / 5 years’ relevant experience inclusive of 1 year relevant experience as RWS or equivalent in Building discipline in public works projects or those listed in Section 4.5.2 of the RSS Management Handbook / 3 years’ relevant experience inclusive of 1 year relevant experience as RWSI or equivalent in Building discipline in public works projects or those listed in Section 4.5.2 of the RSS Management Handbook.
• Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) / Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent.
• The tentative employment period will be about 17 months with gratuity payable on satisfactory completion of the contract and the tentative commencement date of employment will be in May 2024 .

[Note * Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]

申請人必須具備下列基本入職資格:

• 持有香港建造業議會╱香港建造學院╱香港理工學院╱香港理工大學╱香港科技學院╱香港工業學院╱香港專業教育學院頒發的建築學文憑或高級證書同等學歷；
• 三年以上取得資格後的相關工作經驗或五年相關工作經驗，其中一年須於公共工程項目或駐工地人員管理手册第4.5.2章節列出的認可工程項目中擔任駐地盤監工或同等職位的相關工作經驗；或三年相關工作經驗，其中一年須於公共工程項目或駐工地人員管理手册第4.5.2章節列出的認可工程項目中擔任駐地盤一級監工或同等職位的相關工作經驗；
• 語文能力要求具備香港中學會考或香港中學文憑考試英國語文科及中國語文科第2級* 或以上成績，或具備同等學歷；
• 合約期暫定由 二零二四年五月開始 ，預計合約期為 十七個月 ，合約期滿後按表現可獲發約滿酬金。

[備註 *：在香港中學會考的中國語文科及英國語文科 (課程乙) 中取獲 E 級成績，會視為等同於二零零七年或以後舉辦的香港中學會考的中國語文科及英國語文科取獲2 級成績。]
