綜合廢物管理設施第一期 AECOM Asia Company Limited invites applications for the following Resident Site Staff position(s) for contract administration of design-build-operate Contract No. EP/SP/66/12 – Integrated Waste Management Facilities (IWMF) Phase 1 and supervision of the design and construction of an artificial island and the major facilities under the Contract which include (i) moving grate incinerators to turn 3,000 tonnes of municipal solid waste (MSW) per day into heat and electricity; (ii) a mechanical treatment sorting and recycling plant to recover useful materials from 200 tonnes of MSW each day; (iii) a power generation and electricity import and export system for export up to 100MW surplus electricity to the power company's electricity grid through 132kV submarine cables; and (iv) a MSW container handling system.

艾奕康有限公司現招聘下列駐地盤工程人員負責管理上述香港政府合約。 該合約需要設計和建造一個人工島，並在該人工島上設計、建造和營運綜合廢物管理設施。

設施主要包括:

一) 活動爐排式焚化爐，每日可處理3,000噸都市固體廢物，從產生的熱力轉化為電能;
二) 機械分類及回收設施，從每日200噸都市固體廢物中回收有用資源;
三) 一套發電輸送設施經132千伏海底電纜以輸出剩餘高達約100萬度電力入電力公司電網;
四) 一套都市固體廢物集裝箱處理系統。

Candidates should have:

• Diploma or Higher Certificate from the Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education / Technical Institute / Technical College / Polytechnic university / polytechnic in Hong Kong or equivalent in Building discipline; and
• At least 13 years’ relevant post-qualification experience; or
• At least 5 years' relevant experience as Resident Clerk of Works or equivalent in public works projects or those listed in Section 4.5.2 of the RSS Management Handbook.
• The academic qualification of Degree, Certificate or Diploma in occupational safety and health, or construction safety is preferable.

• 持有香港建造業議會/香港建造學院/理工學院/香港理工大學/香港專業進修學校/香港科技專上書院/ 香港專業教育學院所頒發建築學科的文憑或高級證書或具備同等學歷或相關工程學歷資格；及
• 具有不少於十三年或以上於取得該資格認證後的相關工作經驗; 或
• 具有五年或以上工務工程項目或駐工地人員管理手冊中4.5.2.章節列出的認可工程項目中擔任駐地盤工程監督或同等的相關工作經驗。
• 持有職業安全與健康或建築安全之學位/証書/文憑尤佳。

The language proficiency requirements of Level 2 Note 1 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE / HKCEE or equivalent shall be met.
語文能力要求具備香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2級成績備註一或以上，或具備同等學歷。Note 1: Grade C and Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 3 and Level 2 respectively in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.
