Liaise with different line of businesses (LOBs) for potential risk scenarios and parks for benchmarking
Scenario simulation for various business scenarios and presentation to executives on practical solution agilely.
Monitor insurance programs on operation and construction risks of the company and provide support on various risk management functions, including onsite risk assessment, in-house advices, claims monitoring and trends analysis etc.
Facilitate and lead claims management particularly on cast members' work injury, guest claims and property damage, as well as good liaison with insurers and internal parties.
Responsible for various annual insurance renewal including analysis, negotiation and presentation to executives
Identify liquidity risks arising from business operation and recommend risk mitigation measures.
Champion proper Business Continuity Plans(BCPs) for various business interruption scenarios at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort.
Liaise with Corporate Risk Management on various risk management matters.
Ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in any discipline.
Independent contributor with critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Work experience with insurers and detailed understanding in various insurance programs and claim management
Good communication skills and experienced in presentations.
Familiar with Microsoft office, Excel and Powerpoint.
Good command of spoken and written in English and Cantonese.
Candidates with less experience would be considered as Analyst.
