About the Client:
My client, is a renowned Engineering Group which focusing on construction and engineering projects in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for an experience Senior Construction Manager - (Practitioner Training) in operation department to make sure the site construction smooth.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Consulting method and update Training Material for Front line Practitioner construction skill and technology.
• Helping Practitioner to complete and obtain qualification for site work.
• Setting guideline for new construction rules related to safety and technology

Candidate Profile:

• Degree qualified in engineering Civil/ Structure/ Construction Management or other construction related disciplines, preferably with relevant professional qualification such as NEC, MHKIA, MHKIE, MHKIS, etc.
• 10 years + working experience in the construction field, with strong construction projects track record.
• Enthusiasm on construction training and Site Operation
• Experience of working in a similar matrix reporting organization
• Good English communication and written skill
