We presently have vacancy for the position of Senior Consultant to be based in our Hong Kong office (Central).

Responsibilities

• Prepare documents and submissions for contractual rights and entitlements;

• Provide advice on various contractual matters and dispute resolutions;

• Assist in preparation of documents for mediation, arbitration and expert witness reports;

• Conduct public/in-house seminars and training relating to contractual matters;

• Support and assist Directors in defining and implementing business and marketing strategies;

• Overseas business trips may be necessary.

 

Requirement

• Degree holder in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or related disciplines with RICS, HKIS or equivalent professional qualification;

• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction industry with consultant or contractor organizations;

• Proven experience in preparation of and advice on variations, claims, extension of time and related submissions of contractual entitlements; 

• Experience in arbitration and expert witness services is an advantage;

• A team player, able to communicate and coordinate effectively;

• Ability to meet tight deadlines;

• Possess high level of integrity, strong problem solving and analytical skills;

• Proficiency in written and spoken English;

• Fluency in spoken Cantonese and ability to read Chinese.
