Responsibilities

Analyze the factors affecting product improvement and growth, business details, and provide an overall product optimization plan that can be implemented based on the business direction by analyzing the behavior of users/anchors and platform ecology, and providing an overall product optimization plan that can be implemented 3. Cooperate with product/operation/R&D to promote the implementation of the optimization plan and bring about actual improvement and growth of the business 4. Responsible for the design and analysis of various A/B experiments in business, product optimization effect evaluation, market activity analysis and evaluation, core indicator change analysis, client version effect evaluation and other work 5. Responsible for the construction of specialized models in business 6. Combined with the accumulation of data analysis experience, take the initiative to explore the current business situation and output key insights.
Qualifications
1. Priority is given to those with majors in mathematics, statistics, and computer science priority is given to those with a strong interest in promoting business optimization through data analysis 2. Priority is given to those with data analysis experience in large Internet companies, first-line product or operation business optimization experience 3. Clear logic, sensitive to data, able to discover the connection between business details and data, and promote optimization through data indicators 4. Have good team cooperation and communication skills 5. Proficient in SQL, proficient in using R/Python for data analysis and mining 6. Mastering BI tools such as Tableau is preferred 7. Love to watch live broadcasts, interested in the live broadcast industry, and have in-depth thinking or analysis experience is preferred.
