Senior Engineer of Advertising Data Flow Architecture

Responsibilities

Team introduction: The Ads Infra (advertising system architecture) team is responsible for building the infrastructure and business center for ByteDance's commercialization. The job responsibilities of the Ads Infra team include: Responsible for the architectural design and implementation of ByteDance's advertising delivery system, advertising algorithm services and deep learning capabilities in China and overseas regions Responsible for the advertising business center on Douyin, Toutiao and other terminals System research and development responsible for building a high-concurrency, high-performance, and high-availability service framework, designing and developing a global, multi-data center advertising system architecture, etc. We connect the marketing needs of global advertisers on one end, and carry the massive traffic of Bytedance's Chinese and overseas products (Douyin, Toutiao, etc.) and media partners (Pangolin) on the other end. Relying on the world's leading computational advertising technology and deep learning capabilities, we Accurately match advertising and user needs to make marketing more efficient, smarter and more sustainable. 1. Create industry-leading advertising algorithm model streaming training and batch training architecture, including sample splicing, training strategies, unified sample storage, batch-stream integrated training framework, etc., to provide efficient and stable learning capabilities for Bytedance's advertising algorithm model 2. Construction of algorithmic data warehouse and data lake that supports millions of advertising QPS requests and average daily PB-level data increment 3. Build a high-performance, high-availability service framework to carry high concurrency and low-latency advertising delivery architecture requirements 4. Responsible for the construction of the sample platform, defining sample research and development standards and specifications, supporting massive business needs, and ensuring sustainable iteration of the business.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above in computer, software engineering and other related majors, with a solid computer foundation 2. Familiar with Java/C++ , have 3 years or more experience in the development of medium and large production projects 3. Familiar with the Linux operating system and development environment, and have good data structure, algorithm foundation and system design capabilities 4. Familiar with at least one big data system or mainstream deep learning framework 5. Good at communication, proactive in work, strong sense of responsibility, and good teamwork skills 6. Applicants with experience in developing Internet advertising systems, search engines, and personalized recommendation systems will be given priority.
