Senior Engineer (Tender & Project)

We are a fast growing Human Resource Services Provider to a Three Runway System Construction Contract (AA 3303) of Airport Authority Hong Kong.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Design Engineers, Sub-contractors and other departments for tender support
• Liaison with relevant tradesmen, main contractor, architect, consultants and client
• Understand the scope and schedule of tender works
• Prepare the technical submission documents and other submissions
• Prepare written response to technical queries
• Handle and complete the tender process and budget planning
• Coordination with in house engineering team and site team for the tender submission
• Take part in tender interview
• Perform any other relevant duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above in Civil/Structural/Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
• Professional Membership (e.g. HKIE / MICE) is preferred
• 7+ years of relevant experience in both civil and building service projects with minimum 3 years of experience in tendering works in Hong Kong
• Solid experience on preparation of temporary work design, method statement and site coordination;
• Conversant in BIM application will be advantage
• Good command of English and Chinese
