Responsibilities
1. Tracking And research domestic and foreign labor and employment-related laws, regulations and regulatory guidance, participate in the construction and update of the company's various personnel systems, systems, and processes, and build a long-term and compliant labor and employment system 2. Support the implementation of the company's strategic compliance, and provide support for various projects Provide high-quality legal consulting guidance and implementable implementation plans for major personnel decisions 3. Insight into and early warning of the company's compliance risks in labor and employment, and cooperate with relevant internal departments of the company to properly handle various labor and personnel-related disputes.
Qualifications
1. Law major, bachelor degree or above, familiar with labor law and other relevant laws and regulations, familiar with labor arbitration, litigation and other legal procedures 2. More than 5 years of experience in labor field lawyer or corporate legal affairs 3. Possess rigorous logical thinking, keen legal sense, accurate legal judgment, good affinity, and good at communication and coordination 4.
