Senior Law Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities

1 .Provide comprehensive legal compliance support for personal information protection, data security, network security and other tasks involved in payment business
2.Accept relevant consultations from product teams and business teams on privacy compliance and data security compliance, Conduct compliance risk identification and provide professional opinions and solutions
3. Support relevant departments of the company to carry out payment institution compliance testing, compliance certification, etc.
4. Pay attention to and track data-related laws and regulations and Regulatory policies, grasp regulatory trends, and conduct training and publicity to relevant departments
5. Provide other legal compliance support for the development of payment business.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree in law or above, passed the national judicial examination
2. More than 10 years of legal work experience, including more than 3 years of data compliance and network security related work experience, Applicants with working experience in large law firms, payment institutions, clearing institutions or Internet companies will be given priority
3. Strong project management and execution capabilities, good at handling complex problems and proposing constructive solutions
4. Possession Excellent communication skills, good learning ability, adaptability and teamwork spirit
5. Optimistic and cheerful, down-to-earth and responsible, with strong ability to withstand pressure.
