Responsibilities
1. In combination with the company's development strategy and leadership core principles, improve the leadership development system construction, project planning and iterative upgrades 2. Based on business insights and demand control, implement closed-loop management training projects at all levels, and deeply verify the results 3. Responsible for the development and teaching of leadership courses, and be good at designing and using a variety of teaching methods to achieve training goals 4. Through consulting and diagnosis, explore and locate the training needs of key groups, and provide customized solutions.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of leadership training experience, those with work experience in Internet companies and consulting companies are preferred 2. Have rich experience in training project design and implementation, and can independently undertake demand diagnosis, program design, project operation and effect evaluation 3. Have rich experience in management course development and teaching, and be proficient in application guidance technology, pay attention to training effect verification, and continuously precipitate system methods 4. Have strong system thinking, product thinking, logical analysis and communication and collaboration capabilities, be result-oriented, self-driven and resilient.
